No display, no app, no programme. A mat with plastic lotus discs, a neck pillow, a bag to store it in. That is all it is.

The first few times feel strange. It stings at first, after a few minutes the area gets warm. If you want to know more, there is a plan for the first week in our articles – along with how the neck pillow should lie and who the mat is not for.

Cleaning and care

Not for the washing machine. There is no care label on the mat, which is why we do not give a washing temperature – we would rather not guess. The cover can be removed and wiped with a damp cloth, the plastic discs as well. Then let it air-dry. If several people use the same mat, for example in a class or a practice, a separate towel per person is the cleanest solution.

The colours with rings

Three of the colours also come with two acupressure rings for the hands – at the same price. They are small metal spring rings: you slide one over a finger and roll it up and down for a few seconds, and the finger gets warm. They have nothing to do with the mat itself. You can spot these variants by the addition in the colour name. If you do not want them, simply pick a colour without.

What it is not for

Sleeping on. And it does not replace medical treatment.
