From where
We hold no stock ourselves. Your order ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, and that sits outside the European Union. That is the reason for the price — and the reason for the delivery time.
Why only one
A catalogue proves nothing. The acupressure mat is the first product — and until it has proven itself, there will be no second. That is slower than usual, but more honest.

1–3 working days processing, then 8–18 working days delivery to Germany. From order to doorstep, count on two to four weeks. The binding periods are set out in the shipping policy.
We cover them. The price shown in the shop is the final price. If you are nevertheless charged something on delivery, we will refund it against proof — send the receipt to info@hallwerk.store.
14 days right of withdrawal, no reason required. You may try the mat out and examine it as you would in a shop. Conditions and the model form are in the withdrawal policy.
Because there are none yet. The shop is new, and invented reviews are not going up here. As soon as real customers write, their words go on the product page — good and bad alike.
