§ 1 Scope and provider
These general terms and conditions apply to every order you place through the online shop at hallwerk.store.

Small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG) – no VAT is shown or charged. Sole trader, not entered in the commercial register.
Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who are at least 18 years of age.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to you to place an order.
By submitting your order you make a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. Until you submit it you can change your entries at any time using the usual keyboard and mouse functions and your browser's back function, or cancel the order.
Once your order has been received you will get an automatic confirmation of receipt by email. This confirmation of receipt is not yet an acceptance of your offer.
The purchase contract comes into effect as soon as we expressly declare acceptance or dispatch the goods to you. If we do not accept your offer, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made immediately.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros. Because of the small business rule under § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.
Standard shipping within Germany is free – there, the price shown is the total price. If you choose delivery to another EU country, the additional shipping costs are shown during checkout before you submit your order.
§ 4 Payment
The payment methods offered during checkout are available to you. The purchase price falls due on conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 Delivery, delivery time and delivery area
We deliver to Germany and to the other countries of the European Union.
Our items are shipped directly from a manufacturer's warehouse outside the European Union. Processing your order usually takes 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 8–18 working days to Germany and up to 21 working days to the other EU countries. The details on the relevant product page and in our shipping policy are decisive.
The price shown in the shop is the final price. We bear any import duties. If you are nevertheless charged duties or a handling fee on delivery, we will refund them against proof.
If an ordered item is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you without delay by email.
§ 6 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The conditions, the deadlines and the model withdrawal form are set out in our withdrawal policy.
§ 7a Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily give you a money-back guarantee.

Goods covered: all acupressure mat sets you buy as a consumer through hallwerk.store, for delivery to Germany or another country of the European Union.
Duration: 30 days from the day you received the goods.
Conditions: You can return the set without giving a reason, even if you have used it. The complete set (mat, neck pillow, bag) must be returned. Damage beyond normal use, for example from improper handling, is excluded.
How it works: Write to us at info@hallwerk.store within the 30 days. We reply with the return address. You bear the cost of the return shipment. We refund the purchase price of the goods within 14 days after the set has arrived back with us, using the same means of payment you paid with.
Your statutory rights: Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights for defects exist alongside this guarantee. Using them is free of charge, and they are not restricted by the guarantee.
§ 8 Liability for defects
Statutory law on liability for defects applies. If the delivered goods are defective you may first demand subsequent performance; your further statutory rights are unaffected.
It helps if you report obvious transport damage to us promptly. This does not restrict your statutory rights – it only helps us pursue the case with the shipping provider.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act.
In the case of slightly negligent breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.
§ 10 Contract language and contract text
The contract is concluded in German or English – depending on the language in which you place your order.
We send you the content of your order with the order confirmation by email. You can call up, print and save these terms and conditions on this page at any time.
§ 11 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
§ 12 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
