Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns and refunds — in practice
How a return works. Write to us at info@hallwerk.store. That message alone is enough for the withdrawal to take effect; you do not have to wait for a reply.
Condition of the goods. You may examine the goods as you would in a shop — trying them out and looking at them is expressly allowed.
Exceptions. There are none for our range. The right of withdrawal applies to every item available here, including reduced goods.
Damage and problems. Check your order on arrival and get in touch straight away if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In those cases you do not bear the return costs. Your statutory warranty rights are unaffected.
Try it for 30 days. In addition to the right of withdrawal, our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee applies: if you don't like the set, you can send it back complete within 30 days of receipt, even if you have used it, and get the purchase price refunded. You pay the return shipping. All conditions are in § 7a of our terms and conditions.
Exchanges. A direct exchange is not offered. The fastest route to the item you want is to return the goods and order the new item separately.
This is a translation for convenience. The German version of this withdrawal policy is the binding one.
