We deliver to Germany, to all EU countries and to selected international countries.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking
After dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and import duties
No additional customs charges apply to deliveries within the EU. For international deliveries outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply and are to be borne by the recipient.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a parcel is damaged or lost, please contact us at info@hallwerk.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
