We deliver to Germany and to every country in the European Union.
Delivery times and shipping costs

The delivery times stated apply from dispatch and are additional to the processing time.
Order processing
Our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Processing usually takes 1–3 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
From order to delivery, count on roughly two to four weeks in total. We would rather tell you now than afterwards.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Import and customs
The goods are shipped from a warehouse outside the European Union. The price shown in the shop is the final price – we cover any import duties. If you are nevertheless charged duties or a handling fee on delivery, we will refund them against proof. Just write to us at info@hallwerk.store.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a parcel is damaged or lost, please contact us at info@hallwerk.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
